From April 10 to 15, the Group organized a six-day study-and-exchange tour to Hunan for a select group of senior managers and relevant personnel. Through on-site inspections, working meetings, and red education activities, the initiative aims to build momentum and empower the company’s drive for high-quality development.

Quarterly Meeting Sets the Direction
On the morning of April 12, the first-quarter general managers’ meeting was held in Zhangjiajie. The meeting systematically reviewed the production and business performance for the quarter, with each subsidiary presenting reports and engaging in exchanges on progress toward planned targets and plans for the next phase of work. The group company then emphasized and assigned specific tasks related to these efforts. Finally, Chairman Wang Denning delivered a speech, offering an assessment of the current situation and stressing the need to further deepen reform and innovation, focus on strengthening the core business, optimize industrial deployment, and reinforce risk management and control, all while planning the next steps according to even higher standards. Following the meeting, the delegation visited Zhangjiajie National Forest Park to appreciate the country’s magnificent landscapes amid its towering peaks and picturesque waters.
Red Education Strengthens Belief
The delegation made a profound journey to the sacred revolutionary site, where they underwent a spiritual cleansing. At the Mao Zedong Bronze Statue Square in Shaoshan, all members stood in solemn silence and, led by Chairman Wang Denning, laid wreaths and bowed three times, paying heartfelt tribute to the great leader. A visit to the Mao Zedong Memorial Hall and the statue of young Mao Zedong on Juzizhou Island allowed them to relive the stirring poetic sentiment of “Ask the vast earth, who shall decide its rise and fall?” Meanwhile, the live-performance production “China Has Produced a Mao Zedong” recreated the revolutionary journey through grand, immersive scenes, inspiring Party members and cadres to carry forward the red heritage and courageously shoulder their mission.
Study Abroad Integration Promotes Development
Taking advantage of the quarterly meeting, the Group has organized an educational tour that combines learning with leisure, offering employees a well-deserved opportunity to unwind, broaden their horizons, and elevate their perspective. Participants will reflect on the millennial cultural heritage of Yuelu Academy, explore the precipitous plank walkways of Tianmen Mountain and the cascading waterfalls of Furong Town, enjoy a captivating fusion of light-and-shadow art and folk traditions in Fenghuang Ancient Town, and experience the spectacular “Zhangjiajie: A Millennium of Love” show—all showcasing the profound integration of ethnic culture and tourism entertainment empowered by cutting-edge technology.
Team Building Enhances Cohesion
Over six days, the team traveled more than 2,000 kilometers, supporting one another, pooling their insights, and discussing future development. The journey combined in-depth professional exchanges with the warmth of strengthened team cohesion.
On the evening of April 15, the team successfully completed its assigned mission and returned to Yantai. This trip to Xiangxi was characterized by forging a steadfast spirit through red education, rallying strength through pragmatic action, and breaking new ground through innovation, thereby injecting fresh momentum into the group’s high-quality development.
