The chairman of the group encouraged all participating team members to demonstrate their style and level, and to showcase the vigorous and upward-looking spirit of Humon employees. Senior management from each company took the lead, either competing themselves or providing full-time command and cheering from the sidelines, which greatly boosted the morale of the teams.

The rope-skipping competition kicked off the excitement. According to the rules, each team of six players had to complete group jumps within two minutes, coordinated by the rope swinger. The team members were full of energy, with a tight rhythm and agile movements; every collective leap was a perfect demonstration of teamwork. After fierce competition, Humon Property Management Company emerged victorious thanks to its stable performance and numerical advantage, taking the championship; Humon Logistics Company and the joint team of the Group Company and the Investment Company followed closely, securing second and third places, respectively.

The tug-of-war competition highlighted the clash of strength and strategy, bringing the atmosphere at the venue to a fever pitch. Humon Additives, Humon Logistics, and Kunyu Road & Bridge each fielded two teams, while other units also formed teams to take part. The leaders in charge from each company kept a close eye on the field, nervously making tactical arrangements. The match was full of twists and turns: the fierce battles in the group stage and the do-or-die showdowns in the repechage kept the suspense alive until the very end. In the final round, the Humon Logistics team displayed astonishing explosiveness and resilience. Through the concerted efforts of all team members, they advanced steadily, ultimately emerging victorious and claiming the championship. The Humon Additives team secured second place with a steady and methodical performance, while the Hengxin Mining team refused to give up, overcame difficulties, and clinched third place. Notably, Humon Logistics not only won the championship in the strength-based tug-of-war event but also took the silver medal in the rope-skipping event, fully demonstrating its strength.

Wang Denning, Chairman of the Group, led a delegation to personally present awards to the winning teams, commended the tenacious spirit of all participating team members, and set forth clear expectations for corporate culture development: going forward, meaningful group activities should be leveraged to empower high-quality team building.

This competition is not only a test of physical fitness and teamwork, but also a concentrated display of the spirit and demeanor of Humon employees. What leaps between the ropes is vitality and tacit understanding, while what is firmly held in hands is unity and strength. All participating employees have put into practice the principle of “friendship first, competition second” through their concrete actions. Amidst laughter and cheers, they have deeply forged team cohesion into every jump and every burst of power, thereby adding luster to the development of Humon’s business.
