Humon Group Holds the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference

On the morning of December 28, 2025, Humon Group held its 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference to comprehensively review the past year’s work, solemnly commend and reward various advanced role models, and systematically deploy the 2026 development tasks. Middle- and high-level managers from all subsidiaries of the Group, representatives of the commended advanced individuals, and employee representatives attended the conference.

On the morning of December 28, 2025, Humon Group held its 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference to comprehensively review the past year’s work, solemnly commend and reward various advanced models, and systematically deploy the 2026 development tasks. Mid- and high-level managers from all subsidiaries of the Group, representatives of the commended advanced individuals, and employee representatives attended the meeting.

The conference commenced with the solemn national anthem. During the meeting, the decision on commendation was read out, recognizing and rewarding various advanced collectives and individuals who had made outstanding contributions to Humon’s cause over the past year. Representatives of these advanced entities shared their insights and reflections on overcoming challenges and achieving innovative breakthroughs, drawing from their own work experiences. At the meeting, the group company and its subsidiaries signed the 2026 Production, Operation, and Work Safety Responsibility Agreements on-site, further reinforcing accountability for development.

Wang Denning, Chairman of the Group, delivered a speech. He fondly recalled the Group’s arduous journey in 2025—building solid confidence amid a complex and challenging environment while harnessing dynamism through adaptability—and expressed sincere gratitude to all employees and partners through “three expressions of thanks.” He pointed out that economic cycles serve as a mirror, revealing a company’s true core strengths, its genuine partners, and its own weaknesses, and underscored the need to squarely confront and break free from mental constraints and entrenched operational inefficiencies.

Looking ahead to 2026, Wang Dening pointed out that “differentiation” and “decisive victory” will be the key themes, and the group must learn to “work with cycles,” shifting from “cyclical growth” to “structural growth.” To this end, the company will focus on building the organization’s “immune system” and “evolutionary algorithm,” systematically advancing five major strategic initiatives: strengthening organizational resilience, upgrading evolutionary capabilities, cultivating a talent ecosystem, establishing a solid foundation for value-driven operations, and fostering Humon’s core values and culture. The company will also make effective use of the “addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division” approach to work, comprehensively enhancing operational efficiency and development resilience. In his speech, he outlined differentiated development paths for each business segment and encouraged each company to achieve breakthroughs in its respective field.

Wang Denning put forward three expectations and requirements for all managers: be grateful and cherish the platform, take responsibility and achieve success while balancing family life, and keep learning and dare to break through. He also encouraged all employees to cultivate the resilience of bamboo, the adaptability of water, and the composure of mountains, turning their moral strength into conscious actions. He called on everyone to embark on a new journey with a zero-based mindset, jointly strengthening Humon’s resilient foundation, forging the ability to evolve for the future, and striving to write a new chapter amid the changing times.

The conference came to a successful close with the rousing “Humon Anthem.” This meeting was both a commendation ceremony honoring hard work and a mobilization rally for building consensus and boosting morale, laying a solid ideological foundation and clear direction for the Group’s high-quality development in the new year.
