As we embark on a new year, let the mountains and seas shine together. On this occasion of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, I would like to extend my sincere greetings and best wishes to all our friends who have shown concern and support for Humon, to our colleagues who have fought side by side with us, and to the families of our employees who have made silent contributions!

Dear Humon partners and beloved Humon family members:

As we embark on a new year, let the mountains and seas shine together. On this occasion of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, I would like to extend my sincere greetings and best wishes to all our friends who have shown concern and support for Humon, to our colleagues who have fought side by side with us, and to the families of our employees who have made silent contributions!

Standing at the threshold of change, how should we bid farewell to 2025? We owe gratitude to many people; while thanking one another, we must also remember to thank ourselves. Amid the ebb and flow of the global economy and the lingering chill of industry cycles, we have learned to coexist with these cycles amidst turbulent times, demonstrating remarkable resilience as Humon employees. This journey has profoundly taught us that no one else can make you better and better—your continuous improvement stems from your repeated experiences, your ability to let go, your self-reliance, and your ongoing growth. Thank you for rising early and working late to make a living; thank you for holding on even when you were utterly exhausted; and thank you for enduring those moments that others never knew about.

Looking back at 2025, we have all undergone a profound test. By “hiding” to consolidate our foundations and “changing” to open up new prospects, we not only safeguarded the core of our operations but also achieved growth and breakthroughs in the face of adversity: the additives segment’s revenue exceeded RMB 1.3 billion, firmly leading the industry; the logistics segment streamlined and strengthened itself, nurturing new opportunities amid the downturn; the road and bridge segment forged ahead with honors, advancing both technology and culture; and the mining, printing and packaging, investment, property management, grain and oil, and other business segments have all continued to cultivate their respective fields, creating value in their own right. Cycles act like a mirror, reflecting our original aspirations and genuine emotions; storms and hardships temper our team, further forging the resilience and pioneering spirit of Humon employees—daring to break barriers and create new possibilities. Behind these achievements are the focused efforts in the workshops, the relentless hustle in the market, the lights that stay on late into the night, and the extraordinary dedication displayed by every ordinary employee. All of this would not have been possible without the sweat and wisdom of every Humon employee, nor without the trust and support of our partners.

Looking ahead to 2026, the external environment will remain fraught with challenges, with “divergence” and “decisive outcomes” becoming the new normal. Rather than trying to predict the wind’s direction, we must cultivate the ability to “ride the wind and move forward.” In the year ahead, we need to learn to “befriend the cycle”—seizing opportunities amid volatility and honing our core strengths under pressure. While mentors can point the way, it is ultimately up to each of us to walk our own path; true growth comes from experience. Real strength stems from optimizing every process, breaking through existing mental boundaries, nurturing every talent, and delivering value at every turn. Life is an endless sea—our very existence is a long, winding river. The moments when we give our all will surely carry us toward the most beautiful horizons. To this end, we will systematically advance five major initiatives—building a resilient organization, driving value creation, upgrading capabilities, strengthening operational foundations, and forging a powerful corporate culture—thereby bolstering our systemic immunity and evolutionary capacity and guiding the company from “growth by leveraging external forces” to “endogenous strength.”

We believe that the greatest source of confidence for an individual is to empower oneself. Humon is not only a career platform but also a community of shared destiny; a company is not only a battlefield for one’s career but also a spiritual home. May we here both stay grounded in our work and feel at ease and warmth in taking care of our families; may we find peace of mind and body through hard work and reap happiness through diligent cultivation; may we achieve success in our careers and enrich our lives. We must save ourselves from adversity, no matter how many times it happens. May the end of hardship always come, and may we walk towards the sun, waiting for the blooming season! In the new year, may we all meet a better version of ourselves!

Three years of inheritance and constant refinement; with the changing times, our steps become even more firm. In 2026, let us gear up and set out again, embracing change with openness and responding with practical actions, so that together we can write a new chapter for Humon—one that is more resilient and more promising!
