On March 20, the second day of the second lunar month, which coincides with the Spring Equinox, the 2026 full-time training program for mid- and high-level managers of Humon Group officially commenced at the General Blue Bay Hotel on Yangma Island. Nearly one hundred mid- and high-level managers from various companies and departments across the group gathered to embark on a three-day closed-loop learning session.

This year is the Year of the Horse, and the training program is being held on “Horse-Raising Island,” coinciding with the traditional festival of “February 2nd, when the Dragon Raises Its Head.” At the opening ceremony, the Group Company conveyed its message to all participants in the spirit of the “Dragon-Horse Spirit”: just as the dragon raises its head to look boldly ahead, Horse-Raising Island is designed to help everyone focus, recharge, and fully rev up their “horsepower.” The Group hopes that all trainees will cherish this rare learning opportunity, truly build up their “horsepower,” and, upon returning, lead their teams forward with renewed vigor.

This three-day training program is conducted in a fully residential, full-time format. The curriculum is closely aligned with the current macroeconomic landscape and the Group’s strategic priorities, covering such topics as analysis of the current economic environment, upgrading financial literacy for non-financial managers, leadership and core competencies in the new era, and AI-driven innovation in corporate management. The program features instruction from a distinguished roster of experts and scholars, aiming to equip participants with cutting-edge concepts, practical tools, and real-world case studies. With a rich and diverse array of content delivered through flexible delivery methods, the program also includes morning exercise sessions and team-building activities to foster collaboration and networking.

The Group emphasizes that the current external environment is complex and challenging, with increasing industry differentiation, and that the boundaries of an enterprise begin with the boundaries of managers’ mindset. In light of the Chairman’s remarks at the year-end review conference, mid- and senior-level managers must squarely confront existing gaps, address weaknesses, and undergo training to “reprogram their thinking and upgrade their core capabilities,” thereby achieving genuine cognitive transformation and capability enhancement.

During the training, the trainees listened attentively and actively engaged in classroom interactions, and after class they exchanged ideas and brainstormed. Everyone expressed that they would cherish this opportunity to “recharge,” study diligently and with specific questions in mind, strive to translate their learning outcomes into practical capabilities for advancing their work, and contribute to Humon Group’s high-quality development in 2026 with a vision that “sees the dragon raising its head” and the driving force of “bravely moving forward.”

On the afternoon of March 22, the training program concluded successfully. Participants agreed that the program not only broadened their horizons and refreshed their perspectives but also clarified their direction and boosted their motivation. Upon returning to their posts, they will translate what they have learned and reflected upon into concrete actions, embodying the qualities of resilience, adaptability, and composure to deliver tangible results in their respective roles and lead their teams in forging new prospects.

It is understood that this training is a concrete action to implement the Group’s “Talent Forest Cultivation” and “Humon Character Culture” projects, aiming to build a high-quality management team that can adapt to the new situation and meet new needs, thereby providing strong talent support for the company’s reform and development.
