“Jump” to invigorate the muscles and bones and “pull out” the spirit; Humon Group’s jump-rope and tug-of-war competitions were spectacular.

On the afternoon of November 4, Yantai Humon Group held a tug-of-war and long-rope jumping competition at the basketball court of the logistics company, with more than 100 employees from 12 representative teams of various companies in the group participating in the event.

In this competition, in order to ensure fairness and impartiality while taking into account the size of the company and its staffing levels, clear stipulations were made regarding the gender, age, and proportional representation of participants, and specific requirements were set forth for the competition rules.
The first event was the tug-of-war competition, which consisted of group matches, repechage matches, and the final. The order of the first matches was determined by a draw among the teams. At the referee’s command, both teams gripped the rope tightly, mustered all their strength, and engaged in a fierce contest. Especially when the match remained deadlocked for a long time, it was not only about strength but also about willpower. The players demonstrated excellent competitive skills and embodied the spirit that unity is strength through their outstanding performance. Meanwhile, the cheerleaders on the sidelines cheered and shouted continuously, creating a deafening roar. The atmosphere on and off the field was lively, pushing the event to a climax and fully showcasing the vitality and style of Humon employees.
Following this, a long-rope jumping competition was held. On the field, the ropes flew up and down in rapid succession, with team members moving in perfect unison—agile, nimble, and racing against the clock. The seamless coordination between those swinging the rope and those jumping highlighted the team’s strong cohesion, enabling them to achieve their best results within the limited time and fully showcase both individual strengths and the spirit of teamwork.
After fierce competition, the Humon Additives team, the Humon Logistics team, and the Humon Printing team won the first, second, and third places in the tug-of-war competition, respectively; while the Humon Printing team, the Humon Real Estate and Humon Property joint team, and the Humon Additives team won the first, second, and third places in the big rope jumping competition, respectively.
This competition effectively facilitated communication and collaboration among employees from various companies, showcased the teams’ positive and uplifting spirit, enriched employees’ cultural and recreational activities, further strengthened corporate cohesion, and injected new vitality into the company’s development.
