On the afternoon of November 4th, Yantai Hengbang Group held a tug-of-war and jump rope competition at the logistics company's basketball court, with over a hundred employees from 12 representative teams of the group participating in the event.

In this competition, considering fairness and justice, as well as the scale and personnel situation of the company, clear regulations were established regarding the gender, age, and ratio of the participants, and specific requirements for the competition rules were proposed.
The first event was the tug-of-war competition. The competition was divided into group matches, revival matches, and finals. The order of the first match was determined by a draw from each representative team. With the referee's command, both teams tightly gripped the rope, exerting all their strength in a fierce contest. Especially as both sides remained in a stalemate, it was not just a test of strength but also of willpower. The participants demonstrated a high level of competition, interpreting that unity is strength with their outstanding performance; the cheerleaders off the field cheered and shouted, creating a deafening atmosphere, and the lively atmosphere on and off the field pushed the event to a climax, fully showcasing the vitality and style of Hengbang people.
Following that was the jump rope competition. On the competition field, the rope flew up and down, with team members in sync, agile and quick, racing against time. The coordination between those swinging the rope and those jumping perfectly highlighted the team's cohesion, achieving the best results within a limited time, fully demonstrating their strengths and team spirit.
After intense competition, the Hengbang Additives representative team, Hengbang Logistics representative team, and Hengbang Printing representative team won the first, second, and third places in the tug-of-war competition; the Hengbang Printing representative team, Hengbang Real Estate and Hengbang Property joint team, and Hengbang Additives representative team won the first, second, and third places in the jump rope competition.
This competition effectively promoted communication and interaction among employees of various companies, showcased the team's positive spirit, enriched employees' cultural and sports life, and further enhanced corporate cohesion, injecting new vitality into the company's development.
