Leaders of the Muping District People’s Procuratorate Visit and Conduct Research at the Group

On May 19, Sun Yanjie, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Procurator-General of the Muping District People’s Procuratorate, led a delegation on a visit and research tour to the Group, accompanied by Chairman Wang Xinen. The primary objectives of this visit were to further update service concepts, carry out in-depth special education and rectification campaigns on discipline and work style, align procuratorial services with the development needs of enterprises, and refine and improve procuratorial service measures, thereby providing better legal services to support the development of the private sector. Chairman Wang Xinen provided Procurator-General Sun Yanjie with a detailed briefing on the Group’s resumption of work and production as well as its operational and production activities. In turn, Procurator-General Sun Yanjie asked in detail about the legal issues and service needs currently facing the enterprise, as well as ways to prevent market-related business risks, foster a law-based business environment, and achieve sustainable and healthy development. The two sides also engaged in an in-depth exchange on these topics and solicited opinions and suggestions from the procuratorial organ regarding its discipline, work style, and efforts to provide robust support for the high-quality development of the private economy. Procurator-General Sun Yanjie stated that, moving forward, the procuratorial organ will further transform its law-enforcement philosophy and work style, standardize law-enforcement practices, and enhance public trust in the judiciary. It will strengthen communication and liaison with enterprises, establish a regularized mechanism for such engagement, intensify efforts to provide services and safeguards for enterprise development, help enterprises resolve practical difficulties, explore new approaches and initiatives for procuratorial services to support enterprise development, and effectively enhance the targeted nature and effectiveness of judicial case handling and procuratorial services.

In addition, Prosecutor General Sun solicited opinions and suggestions from the Group on matters such as the discipline and work style of the procuratorial organs and their role in providing services and safeguards for the high-quality development of the private sector.
