The Group Holds a Meeting of General Managers of All Subsidiaries

On the morning of May 15, 2020, the Group held a meeting of general managers of all subsidiaries in the third-floor conference room. Chairman Wang Xinen attended and addressed the meeting, while Vice Chairman Qin Jianwei emphasized and assigned specific tasks. The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman Gong Ni, with the participation of other senior management personnel, the general managers of all subsidiaries, and the heads of various departments and offices of the Group. Senior management personnel in charge of financial affairs at each subsidiary also attended as observers. During the meeting, the Group’s Board of Directors and the management team, as well as the Group and each subsidiary, signed the 2020 Production and Operation Responsibility Agreements and the Safety Production Responsibility Agreements, respectively. A series of documents were also issued, including the annual salary standards for general managers of each subsidiary and the Assessment Measures for the Asset Management Responsibility System. Each subsidiary reported on its recent work, identified existing problems, and outlined its plans for the next phase. The Group, in turn, provided an update on production and operation performance and the major issues currently facing the organization, stressing the need to calmly analyze the current situation, steadily and prudently manage production and operations, proactively enhance industry learning and exchange, and intensify efforts to recover accounts receivable, while setting forth relevant requirements.
