The Party Committee of Yantai Humon Group Co., Ltd. Organizes Training for Party Members

On September 19, the Humon Group held a work conference on the thematic education campaign of “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” at the Humon E-commerce Training Base. Wang Jiafeng, deputy head of the Fifth Touring Guidance Team of the Muping District Committee, along with team member Jiang Li, attended the meeting. Zuo Hongwei, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee, delivered a mobilization speech, while Kong Tao, Deputy Secretary, presided over the meeting. Members of the Group’s Party Committee, secretaries and deputy secretaries of all branch (general) party committees, and party member representatives from each company also took part in the meeting. The meeting pointed out that the main task of this conference is to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s work conference on the thematic education campaign of “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” conscientiously carry out the relevant requirements of the Muping District Committee regarding the thematic education work, mobilize and deploy the Group’s implementation of the thematic education campaign, and further clarify the significant meaning, objectives, tasks, and measures of the campaign. The practical results of the thematic education must be reflected in concrete work. The campaign should be integrated with the series of activities celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China to guide the broad ranks of party members and senior management personnel to strengthen their “four confidences.” It should also be combined with efforts to promote enterprise development, transforming the enthusiasm generated by the campaign into a powerful driving force for overcoming difficulties. Furthermore, the campaign should be linked with strict Party governance, encouraging party members and senior management to honor their commitments and build a clean political environment. Finally, it should be aligned with the implementation of major work arrangements set by higher authorities, so that employees can truly feel the new changes, new atmosphere, and tangible benefits brought about by the campaign. The meeting emphasized that, as an indispensable part of the local economy, Humon faces arduous tasks, bears great responsibilities, and enjoys a glorious mission. Over the years, under the leadership of Party committees and governments at all levels, Humon has achieved sustained and rapid development. While acknowledging these achievements, we must also clearly recognize that the complex and ever-changing internal and external environment, increasingly severe difficulties and challenges, and mounting pressure on production and operations are all factors that constrain the Group’s high-quality development. By carrying out the thematic education campaign of “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” we aim to inspire the broad ranks of party members and senior management to build consensus, boost confidence, bravely shoulder the heavy responsibility of enterprise reform, innovation, and development, strategically plan key issues in production, operation, and management, tackle tough problems hindering high-quality development, and thereby drive the Group toward both rapid growth and high-quality development. Wang Jiafeng, drawing on the deployment requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the provincial, municipal, and district Party committees as well as the duties of the touring guidance team, provided guidance on how the Group should effectively carry out the thematic education campaign and put forward specific requirements. The Humon Group’s Party Committee and all party members must raise their political awareness, stay firmly focused on the theme, implement key measures, resolutely avoid formalism, and swiftly align the thinking and actions of the vast majority of party members and cadres with the deployments and requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the provincial, municipal, and district Party committees. The meeting also distributed the Implementation Plan for the Humon Group’s Thematic Education Campaign of “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” and announced the Leading Group for the Campaign and its responsibilities.
