Invited member of the Yantai Municipal Party Committee's propaganda team and vice president of the Municipal Party School, Zang Dexian, delivered a speech on the Party's "Political Declaration on Upholding and Developing Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era." Special guest Zang Dexian, a member of the Yantai Municipal Party Committee's propaganda team and vice president of the Municipal Party School, delivered a speech on the Party's "Political Declaration on Upholding and Developing Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era." More than 500 party members, cadres, and activists from Hengbang Group attended the meeting, focusing on studying and understanding the spirit of the 19th National Congress.

Accompanied by the resounding national anthem, the report meeting on the spirit of the 19th National Congress officially began.
